Coach Yussif Basigi after leading the ladies Hasaacas Ladies numerous glory in the Ghana Women league, the ‘First Lady’s Cup, and runners up in the maiden edition of the CAF Women’s Champions league has been noted for his great job done.
Mr. Basigi following his numerous interviews made know to the public how he scouted some of his players from basic school and nurtured them through the ranks to becomes world sorted after players.
At the just ended MTN SWAG AWARDS. Coach Yussif Basigi who was nominated alongside, Coach Samuel Boadu of Accra Hearts of Oak could not end his season any better.
With his many achievements on the field and off the field with Hasaacas Ladies both home and abroad, Coach Yussif Basigi was crowned the ‘COACH OF THE YEAR’.
“I do not have a lot to say, but I want to thank SWAG and everyone who has supported Hasaacas Ladies through this process and for bringing us this far. I want to dedicate this award to my girls, without them I wouldn’t be a receiving this award. It is their hard work on the field that has given me the opportunity to be noted as the Coach of the year.”
