Ghana’s first skeleton pilot Akwasi Frimpong whose 2018 Olympic games suit has been displayed at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne , Switzerland has promised to thrill Ghana and the world come 2022 in Beijing, China.
Missing the cut with 27 seconds away from the podium today. His best IBSF event finish this week with two 6th places and a 5th place.
The Ghanaian skeleton pilot also bagged three (3) medals during the International Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation North American Cup races in Lake Placid, New York.
Ghana is proud of how far you have come with a very challenging season. You never gave up and that is the trait of every good sportsman.
