Egyptian giants Al Ahly face Moroccan counterparts Raja on Wednesday 22 December 2021 at Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium in Doha, Qatar, in the 30th edition of TotalEnergies CAF Super Cup.
The game kicks off at 20:00 local time (17:00 GMT).
Here’s what raja coach marc Wilmots and Captain Mohsine Moutaouali said in the pre-match press conference.

“We are facing a very good team in a decisive game. But we have a great chance to win the title.
“We had tough games in the domestic league, but now we are here, and we have to win.
“I took the job just six weeks ago. I hoped for a better preparation, but we should deal with the situation. We are ready for everything, and I know well the responsibility ahead.
“I asked the national team players and asked them to put the FIFA Arab Cup behind them and focus on the Super Cup game and win the title.”
Mohsine Motoaouali (Captain, Raja)
“We know this game will not be an easy one for both sides. We are ready and in the best physical and mental status.
“We know Al Ahly is a very big team like Raja. We studied the well and know their positives and negatives. We prepared well and this is a very tough game.
“We will do our best to win this match after we prepared well for it.
“I played in Qatar for seven years and I know the atmosphere well here. Our target is to win the title and we will give everything to achieve that.”
