In Africa, football never stops. Barely a week after the final of the TotalEnergies AFCON, Cameroon 2021 which ended with the coronation of Senegal, interclub competitions are back in town for the new season. Alongside the TotalEnergies CAF CL, the first group matches of the CAF CC are worth seeing.
In Group A, three-time tournament winners CS Sfaxien host ambitious Zambians Zanaco. While Pyramids from Egypt receives Ahly Tripoli from Libya.

Royal Leopards of Eswatini, who created a surprise by eliminating Jeunesse Sportive de Kabylie, will have to wait (March 6) to start their campaign against the Libyans of Al Ittihad. On the other hand, Orlando Pirates of South Africa awaits JS Saoura of Algeria in Johannesburg on Sunday.

Congolese duel between TP Mazembe and AS Otoho. For their part, CotonSport will try to garner their first points in the tournament ahead of Al Masry of Egypt.
