The Black Stars have arrived in Bamako for the 2026 FIFA World Cup Matchday 3 qualifier against the Eagles of Mali.
Otto Addo’s men departed Accra at 5pm and arrived in Bamako around 19:00Hrs GMT via ASKY Airlines after training in Accra for five days in readiness for the crucial Group I clash.
The Black Stars are looking to bounce back from their topsy-turvy opening to the qualifiers following a 1-0 win over Madagascar and a 1-0 loss to Comoros in November last year.
We go into the game in search of our first win in five matches in all competitions after suffering two defeats and three draws in our last five competitive fixtures.
The Black Stars will take on the Eagles of Mali on Thursday, June 6 before hosting horns Central African Republic at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Monday, June 10, 2024.
