The first batch of female football administrators from lower-tier leagues have completed a three-day capacity-building course at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence in Prampram.

This course aimed to equip participants with managerial skills, organization, planning, and prioritization to make effective decisions at their clubs began on Monday, September 9, 2024.

Forty (40) participants drawn from the Regional Women’s Division One leagues in the Southern Zone took part in the course. In the end, participants were presented with Certificates in a brief but colorful closing ceremony.

The capacity building course forms part of our efforts to develop women’s football at the grassroots level, aligned with their four-year development pathway for Women’s football across the country.
