NOTICE OF ELECTIVE GENERAL ASSEMBLY / CONGRESS 2024
Take Notice that the Board on the 18th of September, 2024 in accordance with the
NPC Constitution and the decisions of the Extraordinary General Assembly (EGA) held on 20th April, 2024, has fixed the NPC-Ghana Elective General Assembly / Congress as follows:
Date: Thursday the 10th of October, 2024.
Time: 9:00 AM Prompt.
Venue: Airport West Hotel, Accra.
The Board also took notice of the earlier General Assembly (GA) date of 4th October,
2024 to make way for the 21 days constitutional notice and preparation by all
stakeholders.
AGENDA:
1. Opening Prayer/Roll Call
2. Consideration of previous minutes/report of GA.
3. Matters arising from the previous minutes/report.
4. Examination and approval of President’s Report.
5. Election of Executive Members
6. AOB.
Meanwhile, a five-member Election Committee has been constituted to oversee the
organization and conduct of the elections. Below is the full list of the Committee
Members:
1. Mr. Wayoe Ghanamannti (Legal Practitioner) – Chairperson;
2. Madam Farida Yakubu (Para Swimming) – Vice Chairperson;
3. Mr. Ignatius Elletey (NSA Staff) – Member Secretary;
4. MR. Derrick Delali Kushitor (Legal Practitioner) – Member; and
5. Ms. Evelyn Akuyaa Akaba (Sport Admin./Project Management) –
Member.
Members are hereby advised to give the committee the needed cooperation and
support in the discharge of this singular mandate. Kindly note that the Committee will
operate from the AfPC / NPC-Ghana Secretariat at North-Ridge, Near Alisa Hotel, Accra.
