Professor Jonathan Quartey has advised Ghanaians to make their health a top priority if they want to enjoy life.

Speaking at the grand opening of Legoe Physiotherapy and Wellness Center at Mamprobi in Accra on Thursday March 6, 2025, he emphasized the need for more education and demonstration on health issues.

According to the expert physio who has been with various national sports teams, it is ideal to have knowledge about physiotherapy as one gets older, because of slowness in movement of the human body.

He noted that one must seek for expert advice before engaging in exercises as one gets older.
