The Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) has handed strict sanctions to two players over infringements on the code of conduct in the Ghana Premier League.

Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Mohamed Camara has been handed a five-match ban for “unsporting behaviour towards a match referee”.

He has also been fined GH¢20,000 and formally warned by the Committee.

This follows his assault on referee Prince Okoto Ntiamoah after the Asante Kotoko 1-0 loss to Karela United on Matchday 25.
