The Ghana national team will play a closed-door international friendly against Honduras on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at American University Stadium.

The match serves as the Black Stars’ final warm-up before the 2026 FIFA World Cup begins on June 11.

Ghana, currently training in the U.S. capital after a 1-1 draw with Wales, will then move to their base camp at Bryant University in Rhode Island.

Honduras provides a relevant CONCACAF-style test ahead of Ghana’s Group L opener against Panama on June 17 in Toronto.

The Black Stars will also face England and Croatia in the group stage.

This will be a behind-closed-doors encounter.
