BAMAKO, July 11, 2026 – The President of Sports Journalists Association of Mali (AJSM), Oumar Baba Traore, had the honor of receiving the new President of the Executive Committee of the Malian Football Federation, Mahazou, known as Baba Cisset, accompanied by General Ousmane Wele, 3rd Vice-President, and Alassane Souleymane, President of the FEMAFOOT Media Commission.
In the presence of the members of the national executive board of the AJSM and the president’s office, President Oumar Baba gave an overview of the Association. At the end of the exchanges, President CISSET congratulated the sports press for its efforts before making commitments including the provision of solar panels to the AJSM headquarters.

A commitment that has already begun to materialize with the visit of a technical team less than an hour after the departure of the delegation, the delivery of the solar panels in the afternoon and their installation.
Several activities within the framework of the win-win partnership for the happiness of football were discussed, including training, periodic meetings between the 2 entities.
