Guinean attacker Morifing Donzo will be absent when Asante Kotoko takes on Dreams FC in their next Ghana Premier League clash.

The Porcupine Warriors will face the Still Believe lads in a Week 30 fixture on Sunday, May 3.

According to interim head coach Hamza Obeng, Morifing Donzo has suffered an injury and will miss the upcoming showdown.

“Donzo is not fit. Last week we had a trial match, and he got injured. Benjamin, too, just returned [from injury], and we are hoping he will get fit and join the main team. Adabo and Baba have all joined the team, and we are hoping to get the fitness we want to try and push them into the team,” Hamza Obeng told AKSC Media in a pre-match interview.

With all other players currently fit, Hamza Obeng will have other attackers to rely on in the team’s quest to pick maximum points from the upcoming league match.

The fixture between Dreams FC and Asante Kotoko is scheduled to kick off at 3 pm at the Tuba AstroTurf.
